A more comprehensive one on one Caregiver Coaching session for caregivers who need additional time to discuss a complex situation, multiple concerns, changing caregiving needs, family challenges, dementia caregiving, hospice caregiving, or planning next steps. Caregiver Coaching is educational, supportive, and practical. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment, mental health therapy, legal advice, emergency services, or a substitute for a physician or other licensed healthcare provider.
Life happens, especially when you're a caregiver. Appointments changed at least 24 hours in advance may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty. For changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment, payment may be applied to one rescheduled appointment. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. If an unexpected caregiving emergency prevents you from attending, please contact Derna's Caregiving Haven. Genuine emergencies may be handled with understanding and discretion. If Derna's Caregiving Haven must cancel, you may choose a full refund or free rescheduling. A 15-minute grace period applies, and the session will still end at its originally scheduled time.
